Lansinoh Thera Pearl® 3 in 1 Breastfeeding Aid TheraPearl 3in1 Lansinoh Breast Therapy are specially designed gel pads for hot or cold treatment. Hot or cold treatment for the chest. Once heated in the microwave, it is used as a hot pad to relieve mastitis, clogged pores and to enhance milk flow. It is used as a cold compress to soothe chest pain and relieve swelling due to overload. It is used as a hot pad with a breast pump to facilitate the start of milk flow (let down) and minimize pumping time. Contains 2 patches. No latex. Free of BPA & BPS. ​USE For heat treatment: Place the pads on the protective covers and place them in the microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds. You can leave them longer by increasing the time by 5 seconds at a time, if needed. For cold treatment: Freeze for at least 2 hours and then place them in protective covers before use. For use with a pump: Heat the pads according to the heat treatment instructions and wrap them around the outer surface of the breast pump hoppers, securing them with the clasp when pumping.
